The BMW Heritage Program provides an enhanced level of service from a select group of highly-trained, specialized technicians. Our technicians provide a superior level of expertise in diagnosing and servicing your vehicle. While our technicians are working on your vehicle, BMW Heritage Program members will receive:

Please make a service reservation in advance of your visit. This will ensure that our specialized technicians are available to you and that any necessary parts for your vehicle may be ordered. Parts for models 10 years old or older often have limited availability, and we are committed to sourcing original equipment manufacturer parts from BMW. 

We know that you take pride in your vehicle. It is our goal to show your vehicle the same level of attention and care that you do. The BMW Heritage Program was developed by Sewell to provide superior, individualized service. As any vehicle ages, parts may become brittle or weakened and break. Our technicians are trained to inspect these parts during your service visit, take special note of parts that may need replacing due to age, and communicate with you about what is needed to keep your vehicle in excellent condition.
